Five centuries of soul and character
The Mas de la Massane is a historic 15th-century residence nestled in the heart of Provence, just outside Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Its golden stone walls, generous proportions and wooded park make it a unique and unspoilt place.
After decades of agricultural history — market gardening, an olive oil mill, honey production — the estate was fully restored by Kévin, with a constant commitment to preserving the soul of the place while giving it a new purpose: hosting exceptional events.
Construction of the building. The first stones of the mas were laid in the Provençal architectural tradition, combining the natural solidity and beauty of local materials.
The estate becomes a centre for the production and import of vegetable seeds. Provençal agricultural expertise is handed down from generation to generation.
An olive oil mill is established on the estate. The olive grove, planted on the terraces, produces an exceptionally fruity oil. The mill still stands today as a testament to this glorious era.
The estate develops beekeeping activities. Hives installed in the shade of oak trees and lavender fields produce a Provençal honey with intense and delicate aromas.
Kévin undertakes a complete restoration of the mas, convinced of the need to preserve the authenticity of the place while equipping it with every modern comfort. A labour of love that breathes new life into five centuries of history.
The Mas de la Massane is just a stone's throw from the heart of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, a luminous town known for its Provençal markets, art galleries and ancient heritage — including Les Antiques and the archaeological site of Glanum.
Nestled in the Alpilles, the mas enjoys an exceptional natural setting: centuries-old olive trees, lavender, fragrant garrigue. A permanent invitation to slow down and savour every moment.
