The land that nourishes history

The Mas de la Massane is more than an event venue. It is a living estate where nature expresses itself in all its Provençal richness, through two exceptional productions inherited from centuries of expertise.

Massane Honey

« The nectar of Provence's flowers, distilled by our bees in the heart of a preserved environment. »

The hives at the Mas de la Massane are nestled in the heart of the estate, sheltered by oak trees and facing the wild lavender of the Alpilles. Our bees forage a rich and varied territory — lavender, thyme, rosemary, clematis, orange blossom — to produce a honey of complex aromas and exceptional texture.

Artisan production, in complete harmony with the ecosystems of the estate. Available for tasting during your receptions.

Olive Oil

« The green gold of Provence, extracted following the age-old tradition of our centuries-old olive grove. »

The olive grove at the Mas is a living heritage. Its centuries-old trees — salonenque, aglandau, verdaline varieties — carry within them the memory of the estate's historic olive oil mill, which pressed generations of harvests on these same lands.

Today, production is maintained in the spirit of these traditions: hand-harvesting, traditional pressing — an oil of a beautiful golden colour with herbaceous, slightly peppery notes, typically Provençal.

The Kitchen Garden Greenhouse

« From garden to plate — growing your own vegetables is offering your guests the authentic taste of the Mas. »

Set against the old stone wall, the Mas greenhouse grows courgettes, salads, tomatoes and aromatic herbs. A meaningful commitment: produce on-site, reduce the distance between the earth and the table, rediscover the taste of simple, honest things.

In time, the garden's produce will make its way onto your guests' plates — a table even more rooted in this exceptional Provençal land.

« Provence is as much tasted as it is lived. Here, every tasting is a journey through time, a deep connection to this land that has taught us everything. »
